Return Policy
All of our products are made-to-order. We pride our brand on high-quality craftsmanship and standards.
Therefore, we accept returns on items that are damaged or defective only. Items must be unworn and intact for return eligibility. Exchanges are not supported.
In the event that your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, you can return your item within 14 days of estimated delivery for a refund to the original payment method or store credit on domestic orders.
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Returns are not supported for international purchases. All international purchases are FINAL.
To request a return, please contact us at info@munchymerchy.com or reply to your order confirmation email with the following:
- Quality photos of your damaged or defective item(s)
- Your original order number
This information will be used determine your return eligibility and you will be notified if your return request has been approved. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email for domestic returns only.
Once we receive your damaged/defective item, we will immediately process your refund or issue a store credit.
**Returns/refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and we aim to work towards a satisfactory solution. However, we reserve the right to deny refund to sender if return eligibility is not approved. For approved returns, please check with your banking institution for the availability of your refunded amount after processing.
