Domestic Shipping Policy

We will send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will contain a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available from the carrier.

Orders are processed as received and shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has dispatched, please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive your order for items shipped within the US.

  • Please be careful and double-check that you've added the correct address for all orders, including apartment or house numbers. Incorrect address information may result in delayed delivery of your order.
  • To make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code, use this USPS ZIP code lookup
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, such as:
  • Domestic or international shipments
  • Location of fulfillment facility
  • Items purchased

Note: As we work with multiple print providers to promptly fulfill your order, it is possible that your order may be fulfilled with multiple packages for orders with 2+ items. In this event, we will provide tracking numbers for each package associated with your order at no additional cost to you.

Free shipping is available for domestic orders over $100 USD.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@munchymerchy.com with your name, email, and order number and we will look into it for you.

**Please allow an additional 5-10 shipping days during high traffic times such as holidays and new launches.**

International Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all international orders placed with Munchy Merchy, LLC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).


1. Countries We Ship To

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Netherlands, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom (UK), Norway, Switzerland, North Macedonia, Ukraine, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay and Thailand..


2. Production Times

All products are made-to-order. Production time typically ranges from 3–7 business days. Production begins shortly after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders cannot be modified once production has started.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may include:

  • flat-rate shipping by destination
  • carrier-calculated rates
  • promotional free shipping for qualifying orders

We may offer free international shipping for orders exceeding the equivalent of $250 USD, as displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Typical delivery estimates after production:

  • EU & UK: 5–14 business days
  • Norway & Switzerland: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Latin America: 10–25 business days
  • Thailand: 3–10 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • customs clearance
  • local postal disruptions
  • weather
  • high seasonal demand

We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)

For international orders shipped outside the country of fulfillment:

  • Prices displayed at checkout may not include VAT, GST, import duties, or customs fees unless explicitly stated.

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, GST, or import taxes imposed by your country.

EU and UK customers: Where required by law and applicable thresholds, VAT may be collected at checkout. If VAT is not collected at checkout, your local customs authority may charge VAT and handling fees upon delivery.

Canada customers: GST/HST/PST may apply depending on province.

Norway and Switzerland Customers: Import VAT and customs handling fees may apply upon delivery.

Latin American countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay): Import duties, customs processing fees, and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer remains responsible for original shipping costs and any return or carrier fees.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • failed delivery attempts due to address errors
  • packages delivered to the address provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, we are not responsible for stolen packages. If a package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will investigate with the carrier.
  • If confirmed lost, we will offer replacement or refund.

8. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • refused
  • unclaimed
  • returned due to unpaid customs fees

We may deduct the following from any refund issued:

  • original shipping costs
  • return shipping costs
  • customs handling fees

9. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • limit shipments to certain regions
  • cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled
  • suspend shipping to countries experiencing service disruptions

Customers will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled.


10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws, including:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive
  • UK Consumer Contracts Regulations
  • Canadian consumer protection laws
  • Applicable laws in Norway, Switzerland, and Latin America

IMPORTANTWe cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international orders.
