All products sold are made-to-order using print-on-demand production. This means:
- Products are manufactured after your order is placed
- Orders cannot be modified once production begins
- Products may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances
Because products are made-to-order, returns are only accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
